100 Air Squats
400 Meter Run (or run for 2:00)
75 Air Squats
400 Meter Run
50 Air Squats
400 meter Run
25 Air Squats
If you don’t have space to run you may sub 2 minutes of running in place or jumping jacks

You may also reduce the number of squats to 70/50/30/10
