3 Rounds of
Dumbbell Snatch
Lateral Burpee over Dumbbell

Rest 3:00 between each 15-12-9
You will complete 15 dumbbell snatch, then 15 lateral burpees, 12 of each, and 9 of each. Then rest 3:00. Repeat that for 3 rounds.

Use whatever weight you have for the dumbbell snatch. If no dumbbell you may sub a gallon of water jug, soup can, or whatever you can find.

If no dumbbell or weight you may sub jump lunges for snatches.
